On 16 December 2016, the ZUE S.A. learnt about the submission by the consortium of Strabag sp. z.o.o. (Leader), Strabag Rail GmbH, Strabag Általános Építő Kft., Strabag Rail a.s., ZUE S.A. and Budimex S.A. (Consortium) of the lowest price tender in the tender procedure for Preparation of building and detailed design and completion of LOT B works as part of Design and Build formula in connection with the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme (POIiŚ) 7.1-19.1.a: “Upgrade of the railway line no. 8 of the Warszawa Okęcie – Radom (LOT A, B, F) section” – Phase II.

Contracting Authority: PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

Net value of the tender submitted by the Consortium: PLN 216.7m. The expected remuneration attributable to the Company is approx. 33% of the net value.

Gross value of the tender submitted by the Consortium: PLN 266.5m.

According to the tender, the project will be completed within 43 months of the contract conclusion date.
