ISO 9001

The certificate has been issued by DNV CERTIFICATION B.V. Haastrechtstraat 7, 3079 DC Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
In order to fulfil the international service standard, in 1999, ZUE S.A. began to introduce a quality assurance system. This has resulted in the improvement of services provided and the image of the Company in its contacts with contractors coming mainly from the area of the European Union.
A certification audit performed by DNV has proven full compliance with the standard requirements. In October 2000, the Company received the ISO 9001 certificate.

The document pertains to products and services in terms of designing, construction, operation and repair of:

• tram and railway tracks, streets and roads together with the related infrastructure,
• tram, trolley bus and railway catenary networks,
• steel and ferroconcrete constructions,
• lighting, control and signalling systems,
• devices, as well as power and communication cable and overhead networks.

ISO 14001

The certificate has been approved by DNV CERTIFICATION B.V., Zwolseweg 1, 2994 LB Barendrecht, The Netherlands.
In 2006, we initiated the implementation of the Environment Management System in order to ensure the least possible impact on the natural environment caused by the business operations performed. The introduction of this system, confirmed with the ISO 14001 certificate, has improved the identification and classification of environmental aspects and waste management, together with the anticipation and recognition of any hazardous situations that could possibly bear a negative influence on the environment.
