Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
conducting correspondence, including responding to messages sent to the Administrator, based on the legitimate interest of ZUE S.A. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is contact and maintaining relationships with customers;
archiving materials produced by ZUE S.A. as part of its business activity, based on the legitimate interest of ZUE S.A. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which is documenting the conduct of business in accordance with applicable regulations;
establishing and pursuing claims, as well as defending against claims, that is, in a situation where it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of ZUE S.A. (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
Your personal data may be transferred to:
entities cooperating with ZUE S.A. based on concluded contracts. In particular, data may be made available to entities that provide IT support services to the Administrator, including operation and maintenance of IT systems, providers of e-mail services, documentation archiving and destruction, postal operators or couriers, consulting companies with which ZUE S.A. cooperates.
authorities or public entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of legal provisions.
The need to provide personal data. Providing personal data is necessary to conduct correspondence with the Administrator.
We will process your personal data for the duration of ZUE S.A.'s business activity, unless an objection to the processing of personal data for this purpose has been effectively expressed earlier or consent to data processing has been withdrawn.
We do not plan to transfer the personal data obtained from you to a third country or international organizations within the meaning of the GDPR;
Based on your personal data, the Administrator will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling within the meaning of the GDPR.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
access to your personal data;
rectification of data;
delete data processed unjustifiably or limit their processing;
the right to data portability;
In specific situations, you may object to the processing by ZUE S.A. of personal data, if the basis for their processing is our legitimate interest or public interest.
The scope of each of the rights and the conditions for exercising them are regulated by the provisions of the GDPR.
If you become aware of the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
